Eat here# If there is only one restaurant in Stanley, it must be Hursey Seafoods. I am not a shill, let the picture speak for itself The countryside of Australia is so natural and simple. The towns are very small, and the population is probably not as large as our community. Most restaurants are opened in hotels and B&Bs, and there are not many independent restaurants. However, there is such a restaurant, which is domineering and does not occupy a whole building alone. It has a big facade and a grand style without too much decoration. Just a big lobster on the roof says it all. When eating in Stanley, do you need to choose other options? The restaurant specializes in seafood, especially Australian lobsters, which are cooked in various ways. It is easier to handle with more people. There are many choices and you can try different flavors. Australian lobsters are well-known for their large size, rich and fresh texture, and they are quite appetizing. Oysters are even more appetizing. I ate a lot of them along the way. They were big and plump, and fresh. I also ordered some unknown fish fillets and some unknown senbei. It was so good that even I, who don’t like seafood very much, think it’s not to be missed. As for the price, it’s not very expensive. It’s in a reasonable range and much cheaper than in China. Overall, the environment is good and the taste is good. I highly recommend it. The real name one

Tasmania's food culture combines the gifts of the sea and the land. The ocean brings incredible seafood to the local area, including various fish, shellfish, crustaceans, etc.; Tasmania's land is rich in a variety of fresh agricultural products, such as Tasmanian truffles, berries, cherries, honey, apples, saffron, horseradish and so on. [Tasmanian Seafood] Tasmania's seafood is famous for its freshness and diversity, among which scallops, fish, oysters, lobsters and abalone are all local specialties. Whatever seafood you fancy, you can be sure it’s freshly caught, as Tasmanian waters are never far away. -Tasmanian Oysters- Tasmanian oysters are a highlight of the region’s seafood scene, with their savory, savory flesh making them a real gem. Oyster farms dot the coastline, using cold, clean waters to cultivate the freshness of oysters. Visitors can enjoy freshly shucked oysters at places like Freycinet Marine Farm in Coles Bay and Tarkine Fresh Oysters in Smithton. -Tasmanian Salmon- Tasmanian salmon is a delicacy from special waters, with bright color, delicious taste and rich nutrition. Salmon farmers can be found throughout the Huon Valley and even inland at 41 Degrees South near Deloraine. 【Tasmanian Honey】 When Tasmania's unique leatherwood trees bloom in summer, everything becomes sweet. This wild and unique Tasmanian honey has a unique floral aroma and is loved by beekeepers and honey lovers. Visitors can go to places such as Tasmanian Honey Store or Blue Hills Honey to taste and buy this precious honey. 【Tasmanian Truffles】 25 years ago, Tasmania was the source of Australia's first black truffles, which thrive in the fertile soil in the north of the state.
